Step One: The Consult

Yay! You're engaged! Connect with us via our simple inquiry form to see whether your date is still available in our calendar.​ Emma will send you an initial email confirming that she received your inquiry, and will offer some days and times to set up a connection call.

Connection Call: We can't wait to hear all about you, your family, your love story-everything! It's all important and plays into your overall wedding design. No detail is too small! Emma will also give a brief overview of general pricing structures.

Step Two: The Proposal

​

​Emma will send a personalized contract and beautifully curated custom proposal for you to sign. This isn't just a mood board or a boring invoice; it's a sampling of your vision complete with color palettes, inspirational images, and descriptions of each piece of your design.

Step Three: Booking

​

So, the vibes are right and we're a great fit. Let's make it official! We take a retainer deposit, along with a signed contract, to secure your date and confirm that we are your florist. 

​

We believe in the power of open and honest communication and will check in frequently in the months (and even years) leading up to your wedding. We'd love to meet you in person and schedule a walk-through site visit at your venue!

Step Four: Your Wedding Day

​​

In the months leading up to your wedding, we will have our final design meeting together to confirm the details, and quantities, and to answer any questions you may have by the 30-day mark. That way, you can relax as we source your blooms and hard goods to truly bring this vision to life!
